Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Richmond Hill, ON, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, resolving concerns, and facilitating strong communication between internal teams and clients. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, preparing reports on account activity, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
- Account management skills, including client communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution
- Experience with project management, timeline coordination, and prioritization of tasks
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities, with proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation
- Sales and marketing acumen; ability to identify business growth opportunities
- Proficiency with relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work effectively in both team settings and individual environments
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the Flexo printing and packaging industry is preferred in order to move forward
