AI Product Designer for our premier client in
Raleigh, NC.

Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Product Design or UX/UI
- Experience using AI to build rapid prototypes and collect user feedback
- Experience building AI-native interfaces (AIX)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency of UX design discipline - user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc
- Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership of your work
- Immaculate attention to detail, typography, and interactivity
- Have a user-centric mindset throughout your design process
- Strong proficiency with the latest design tools and software, Figma
- AI-first mindset, comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow
- Defining and leading digital transformations at a strategic level
- Work closely with the Product Managers embedded with each team/project
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales in person
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently up to date with the latest design trends and best practices
- Collaborate well with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales
- Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications
- Open to new tools and methodologies, yet opinionated about best practices
- Lead Design Discoveries: Facilitate complex and prolonged design discovery sessions, acting as the subject matter expert and providing recommendations to clients.
- Project Delivery and Leadership: Anchor projects in their area of expertise, leading client meetings on design-specific matters and implementing project-level solutions.
