This is a hands-on design and development role focused on agentic workflows and orchestration, not building or training foundational large language models.

- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and auditable agentic AI solutions.
- Provide hands-on development, implementation support, testing, troubleshooting, and technical leadership throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with application, platform, data, security, risk, governance, and business teams.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for identity, permissions, security, compliance, auditability, and AI governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience designing and developing agentic AI workflows.
- Experience working with enterprise AI or agentic platforms and frameworks to build and orchestrate AI agents and workflows.
- Experience with agent orchestration, multi-step workflows, tool calling, routing, and API integration.
- Experience integrating agentic solutions with enterprise applications, platforms, APIs, and data sources.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, session state and memory, evaluation, and fallback handling.
- Experience designing for identity, permissions, security, compliance, auditability, and AI governance.
- Ability to work across solution design and hands-on development and implementation.
- Experience designing AI solutions within regulated enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of banking functions and applications.
