Job Description:
Application Developer – React / Front-End
We are seeking an
Intermediate Application Developer with strong React experience for a
6-month contract-to-hire opportunity within a large enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for a front-end developer who enjoys working with modern technologies and is looking for an opportunity that can transition into a long-term, full-time position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and support modern front-end web applications using React
- Build reusable components and responsive application interfaces
- Develop applications using TypeScript
- Collaborate with development teams on React-focused projects
- Participate in testing and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to the continued development and improvement of front-end applications
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on React development experience
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Strong front-end/application development experience
- Experience developing modern web applications and user interfaces
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices
- Interest in transitioning into a full-time permanent position following the initial contract
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright for testing
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted development
- Experience incorporating AI tools into professional, personal, or side projects
Employment Details
- 6-month contract-to-hire
- Intention to convert the successful candidate to a full-time employee following the contract period based on successful performance
- Candidates must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment screening
