The Dirty Social Club is a boutique mobile bar and event hospitality company bringing an elevated cocktail experience to weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and special occasions.
We specialize in signature cocktails, specialty martinis, mocktails, and traditional bar service, combining creative presentation with impeccable hospitality.

The Opportunity
We're looking for charismatic, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Cocktail Socialites – Event Hosts.
This is a flexible, event-based hospitality position suited to individuals who enjoy engaging with guests, working in unique environments, and contributing to memorable occasions.
You'll represent The Dirty Social Club at various events, assisting with cocktail preparation, beverage service, guest engagement, and mobile bar operations.
No previous bartending experience is required. We provide standardized cocktail recipes, preparation guides, and event-specific instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, attentive, and professional guest service.
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and traditional beverages according to established recipes.
- Introduce guests to beverage selections and provide menu recommendations.
- Assist with mobile bar setup, organization, restocking, and breakdown.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and organized bar stations.
- Follow Ontario's responsible alcohol service requirements, including identification verification and monitoring guest consumption.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient event operations.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Required
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel reliably to assigned event locations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and a guest-focused attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform event setup and breakdown duties, including handling portable equipment and supplies.
Preferred, but Not Required
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or food and beverage service.
- Familiarity with basic cocktail preparation and presentation.
- Experience in guest relations or event coordination.
Compensation & Scheduling
- $22.00 per hour
- Casual, on-call employment based on confirmed event bookings.
- Typical assignments of approximately 4–8 hours.
- Approximately 0–12 hours per week, depending on event demand.
- Assigned setup and breakdown time is paid.
- Event locations vary throughout the GTA and surrounding communities.
- No guaranteed minimum weekly hours.
