Location: Toronto, ON | Full-Time | In-Office
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and qualifications
About TFA
The Feldman Agency is one of Canada's leading live entertainment agencies, representing a diverse roster of artists and working with promoters, festivals, casinos, theatres and venues across North America.
Our business spans artist representation, talent buying, concert promotion and live event programming.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on Creative Marketing Coordinator who enjoys creating content, executing campaigns and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

You'll work across multiple projects in a fast-paced live entertainment environment, helping connect artists and events with audiences across Canada.
We're looking for someone who enjoys doing the work - not simply overseeing it. You should be comfortable working directly in creative and marketing platforms, managing your own deliverables and producing quality work under tight deadlines.

Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Create and adapt concert posters, show artwork, digital advertisements, social media graphics and artist promotional materials.
- Produce creative assets for concert announcements, ticket on-sales, tours and venue marketing campaigns.
- Resize, format and prepare artwork for different digital platforms and advertising specifications.
- Maintain consistent branding and attention to detail across all creative materials.
Video & Social Media Content
- Edit short-form promotional videos, concert clips, artist reels and social media content.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
- Write captions, schedule posts and maintain social media content calendars.
- Assist with capturing photo and video content at concerts and live events.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Build and support digital advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop advertising creative and assist with audience targeting by market, genre and fan interests.
- Execute marketing activities supporting concert ticket sales, artist promotion and venue awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Email Marketing & Artist Promotion
- Design, build and schedule email marketing campaigns, including concert announcements, newsletters and artist mailers.
- Create promotional materials showcasing TFA's roster to promoters, festivals, talent buyers and industry partners.
- Maintain email lists, marketing assets and campaign materials.
Campaign Coordination
- Manage assigned projects, creative deliverables and deadlines from start to finish.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to gather information, assets and approvals.
- Track campaign results, including engagement, advertising performance and ticket sales trends.
- Support multiple simultaneous campaigns while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience in graphic design, content creation and/or digital marketing, ideally 1–3 years.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills, supported by a portfolio of completed work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, as well as Canva or comparable creative software.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Hive, Mailchimp or similar.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and following projects through to completion.
- A collaborative attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in music and live entertainment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in concert promotion, music marketing, artist representation, festivals or live events.
- Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience with photography, motion graphics or live event content capture.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster.
- Experience coordinating radio, media or other promotional advertising.
- French-language proficiency.
