Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Senior Data Analyst to support one of Canada's leading insurance companies. The team supports Commercial Underwriting and is involved in the Advanced Commercial Underwriting (ACU) initiative. 5-8+ years of Data Analysis experience.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience working with Azure Synapse and Databricks.
Insurance industry experience, ideally supporting underwriting or commercial insurance functions.
Ability to work autonomously and manage stakeholder relationships independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with business teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with MicroStrategy dashboards and reporting.
Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
