Must Have:
- Experience in capability-based architecture
- Prior OPS/Federal government experience
- Knowledge and experience in Application architecture, Technology Architecture, and Artificial intelligence (AI)
- Demonstrated experience with multiple Enterprise Architecture tools that support:
- Architecture Modelling and Blueprinting
- Architecture Repository Management
- Portfolio Management
- Roadmapping and Planning
- Governance and Compliance
Application Portfolio Management
- Experience in measuring business and technical value of solutions, including defining key data and processes for capturing key data
- Experience in value analysis for IT solutions, applications, platforms and infrastructure
- Experience in portfolio risk analysis, technical debt, vendor viability and direction analysis, market trends and skill availability
- Experience with application lifecycle management and cross-dependencies with infrastructure lifecycle management, contract management and cloud as a service.
Enterprise Architecture Domains
- Knowledge and experience in Application architecture, Technology Architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and directions
- Experience leading shared platform design, documentation and configuration for medium or large corporate implementations
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of solutioning based on a composable and modular architecture approach and leveraging enterprise platforms
IT Strategy and Change Managemen
- Demonstrated Strategic thinking and development, aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources
- Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems, processes and required data.
- Demonstrated Transformation thinking, and understanding of data interdependencies
- Experience developing IT strategy aligned with business vision
