Organize investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other industry events.
Support investor relations initiatives, including coordinating investor communications and follow-ups.
Ensure the executive is prepared for meetings, presentations, and important business engagements.
Anticipate needs, proactively manage priorities, and keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.
Assist with special projects and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows.

Qualifications & Experience

2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.

Proactive: Someone who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and stays one step ahead.
