We are seeking an Executive Director to contribute to the firm's strategic direction, organizational development, business growth, and advisory capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational leadership.
- Develop business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and professional partners.
- Develop and strengthen ethics, governance, and compliance advisory services.
- Strengthen internal governance practices, policies, and operating procedures.
- Identify emerging ethical, regulatory, and organizational risks.
- Lead strategic initiatives that support the firm's growth and long-term objectives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What You Bring
- Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written communication, research, and analytical skills.
- A demonstrated interest in ethics, corporate governance, compliance, and organizational accountability.
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in consulting, governance, compliance, business development, or ethics.
- A bachelor's degree from a North American university is required. An MBA is an asset but not required.
