What You’ll Do

Build campaign timelines, coordinate deliverables, and maintain alignment across client and internal stakeholders.
Identify and evaluate creators and influencers; support outreach, negotiations, approvals, and relationship management.
Develop campaign briefs, scopes of work, creator lists, presentations, and recurring status updates.
Partner with legal, business affairs, finance, and production teams on contracts, budgets, agreements, and compliance needs.
Track campaign performance and translate reporting into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
Work closely with strategy, media, creative, analytics, and account teams to support integrated execution across channels.
Stay informed on creator trends, social platforms, emerging technologies, and competitive activity.
Contribute research, strategic recommendations, and presentation materials for proposals and new-business initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or campaign management.
Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Working knowledge of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social channels.
Experience with campaign analytics, performance reporting, and converting data into practical recommendations.
Excellent client-service, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with creators, talent partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Word.
