Job Title: Senior Specialist – IT Product Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Temp-to-Hire)
Rate CAD $90/hr to CAD $95/hr T4.
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Product Manager to manage and enhance enterprise SaaS applications, primarily OneTrust, supporting Privacy and Vendor Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, platform configuration, technical integrations, vendor management, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.
- Configure and enhance OneTrust or comparable GRC/Privacy platforms.
- Coordinate with Privacy, Vendor Management, and Cyber Risk teams.
- Lead technical integrations and identify platform improvements.
- Explore AI and advanced analytics capabilities for product development.
- Manage vendors, application support, SLAs, and platform governance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT Product Management, Platform Management, or Technical Program Management.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably OneTrust or similar GRC/Privacy applications.
- Knowledge of technical integrations, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to AI technologies or advanced analytics.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: OneTrust certification and experience in Privacy, Compliance, or Vendor Risk Management.
