Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
- Lead and manage end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities for multiple projects.
- Drive technical delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver solutions using Java, APIs, microservices/microapps, and UI/UX principles.
- Oversee system performance and monitoring using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Ensure adherence to software design, architecture standards, and best engineering practices.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Manage and coordinate system integration efforts across complex enterprise applications.
- Lead and support change management processes ensuring smooth deployments and releases.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define and refine requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure smooth team delivery.
