📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 4 Days/Week Onsite)
🕒 Contract Duration: November 30, 2026 – December 31, 2027
💲 Pay Rate: Up to $55/hour
⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Architect to lead the development and execution of innovative learning strategies, programs, and roadmaps within a large enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders and learning teams to design impactful learning solutions that drive capability development and support organizational transformation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead performance consulting engagements and learning needs assessments.
- Design and execute long-term learning strategies and capability roadmaps.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, SMEs, and learning teams to identify and address skill gaps.
- Develop business cases and implementation plans for learning initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on adult learning methodologies, learning technologies, and blended learning solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, vendor partnerships, and project deliverables.
- Drive onboarding, compliance, and capability-building programs.
- Monitor learning effectiveness and continuously improve learner experience.
- Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to enhance learning solutions and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Consulting, or Learning Solutions Architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs from concept through execution.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies.
- Experience conducting learning needs analyses and performance consulting.
- Vendor management and relationship-building experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting onboarding and compliance-related learning initiatives.
- Project-based delivery experience within large organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, charts, and formulas.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Relevant Learning & Development, Adult Education, or Training certifications.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
