nCino Tech Lead/Consultant
Delpath is a Toronto based Technical & Business Consulting firm providing recruitment & contracting services for our enterprise clients across North America. We are currently supporting a large Canadian Bank in their search for a contractor to meet their needs in the following area.

Business Group: Commercial Global Engineering team is seeking an experienced nCino Technical Lead/Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce and nCino solutions within a Commercial Banking environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in nCino Commercial Lending, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and enterprise-scale Salesforce development while providing technical leadership to development teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino and Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Commercial Lending and Loan Origination initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, design guidance, and mentoring to Salesforce/nCino development teams.
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce DX.
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Support platform stability, enhancements, releases, and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, risk, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including strong hands-on development and solution delivery.
- Extensive hands-on implementation experience with nCino.
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Deep understanding of nCino Commercial Lending and Loan Origination processes.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce DX.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise system integrations.
- Proven experience leading technical design, development, code reviews, and implementation teams.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and SDLC processes.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
