Recovery Lounge Attendant | F45 Port Credit
We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and welcoming wellness professional to join our Recovery Lounge team at F45 Port Credit.
Previous hands-on experience working in a recovery lounge, contrast therapy facility, wellness spa, or comparable recovery-focused environment is required for this position.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, recovery, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences. As a Recovery Lounge Attendant, you'll guide guests through modalities including infrared sauna, cold plunge contrast therapy, compression therapy, and red light therapy - while ensuring the space remains calm, welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
This is a part-time position requiring flexibility across early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in a recovery lounge, contrast therapy facility, wellness spa, or comparable recovery-focused environment
- Familiarity with recovery modalities such as cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy, and red light therapy
- Confidence guiding guests through wellness services and explaining their use safely and comfortably
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a guest-facing environment
- Strong reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Availability for select weekdays beginning at 6:30 a.m., several evening shifts from 5–8:30 p.m., and Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in Recovery Lounge guests
- Guide first-time visitors through the lounge experience and explain how to use modalities safely and comfortably
- Educate guests on the science-backed benefits of contrast therapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy, red light therapy, and recovery practices
- Ensure appointments stay on schedule and the lounge operates efficiently
- Prepare and reset the lounge between guests
- Maintain a clean, calming, and elevated environment at all times
- Answer questions and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Assist with membership, package, and service inquiries
- Provide tours of the Recovery Lounge and its amenities
- Support overall guest comfort, ambiance, and hospitality throughout each shift

- A genuine interest in the science behind recovery modalities and enthusiasm for explaining their evidence-based benefits
- Sales, membership, or hospitality experience
- Experience using Mindbody or similar boutique studio booking systems
- Additional education or certifications in fitness, wellness, kinesiology, or related fields
Position Details
- Part-time: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Select weekday morning shifts beginning at 6:30 a.m.
- Several weekday evening shifts from 5–8:30 p.m.
- Saturday availability required
- One team member works independently per shift
- Training on our specific lounge protocols and operations provided
- Work location: In person, F45 Port Credit
