Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
Act as a key day-to-day contact for the external delivery vendor, ensuring accountability against scope and timelines.
Coordinate delivery across technology, operations, customer communications and business stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies and escalations.
Translate vendor commitments and SOW deliverables into actionable project plans.

Must-Have Qualifications

8+ years of project/program management experience.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream implementations.
Strong vendor management experience within vendor-led delivery environments.
Experience managing projects across both business/operations and technology.
Strong project governance experience, including risk/issue management, dependency tracking and executive reporting.
Experience supporting operational readiness, implementation and go-live.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Ability to drive execution in complex environments with changing priorities.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field.

Nice-to-Have

Insurance, claims or financial services experience.
