Identify and eliminate sources of variation, waste, scrap, defects, and rework.
Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, process audits, and risk management systems.
Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Partner with Production and Engineering to improve throughput, efficiency, and process reliability.
Support new product launches through process validation and manufacturing readiness activities.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and operational performance.
Train and coach teams on process discipline, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Support supplier quality initiatives and internal and external audit requirements.

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
7+ years of manufacturing experience in quality, process engineering, operations, or continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of process controls, root cause analysis, PFMEA, control plans, and Lean Manufacturing.
Proven success reducing defects, scrap, rework, and process variation.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in window, facade, glass, aluminum, automotive, or building-products manufacturing is an asset.

Success in This Role

Improved first-pass yield and manufacturing performance.
Reduced scrap, rework, defects, and process variation.
Increased process compliance and operational consistency.
Reduced customer complaints and recurring quality issues.
Corrective actions that address root causes and prevent recurrence.
Measurable improvement in key operational and quality metrics.

This position is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys solving complex process challenges, driving continuous improvement, and building a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement.
