Senior Product Manager - RQ11606 (CANADA) - Onsite
About the role:
CCI is hiring a Senior Product Manager to manage product lifecycle, from gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to defining product vision, strategy, pricing, positioning, and roadmaps aligned with company goals. Analyzes customer experience, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product gaps, drive innovation, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborates with engineering, executives, marketing, and external partners to translate product strategies into detailed requirements, prototypes, and successful product launches. Develops MRDs and PRDs, manages beta and pilot programs, evaluates partnership opportunities, and balances competing priorities to ensure timely delivery and business impact.
Must Have:
5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services
Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering user-centric products in complex environments
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development and working with cross-functional teams
Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned to business priorities
Preferred:
Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance
Knowledge of OPS Digital, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards
