Terracap is known for its entrepreneurial culture, long-term ownership approach, and hands-on asset management philosophy. We are proud to work with a collaborative, high-performing team focused on operational excellence and value creation.
The Opportunity
Terracap is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a dynamic GTA-based retail/commercial portfolio totaling approximately 700,000 square feet, including grocery-anchored shopping centres, street-front retail, and a limited residential component.
This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated and growing real estate organization where you will have meaningful ownership of your portfolio while working closely with senior leadership and a collaborative internal team, including leasing, accounting, and property administration support.
The successful candidate will bring strong commercial or mixed-use property management experience, with expertise in retail operations, tenant relations, budgeting, CAM and realty tax recoveries, capital projects, and multi-site portfolio management.
Why Join Terracap?
