About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) organization.
In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical understanding, Agile execution experience, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable managing globally distributed teams, navigating complex dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. A technical degree is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably managing technical or engineering programs.
- Proven experience driving technical products or engineering programs from inception through delivery.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Agile execution methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Airtable
- Dashboards, queries, and rich filters
- Strong process orientation with the ability to simplify, streamline, and automate workflows.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Good to Have
- Experience working in Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology (MarTech), or related technology domains.
- Scrum, Agile, or Lean certifications.
- Experience managing globally distributed engineering and product teams.
- Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments.
