We don't wait for good candidates. We go find them.
Pursuit specializes in GTM searches from entry-level to leadership roles, across SaaS/tech, AI, professional services, medical, and skilled trades. About 1,400 a year, each one built from scratch around your specific opportunity.
Here's the reality: your next great hire isn't applying to your job, and they're not sitting in some AI platform's "pre-vetted" pool either. 85% of our placements weren't looking when we found them. Posting a job or relying on a database is still a bet that the right person is just sitting there, waiting. It's a coin flip instead of a hiring strategy.
Every day that seat stays open, you're bleeding revenue. Stop settling for whoever showed up. Let's go find who's actually worth the seat.
