Swift Recruit

Swift Recruit in partnership with BBW Consulting Services was founded on Accountability, Integrity, Ethics and Perseverance. Our reputation depends on it. Your business should expect nothing less.

With over 70 years of experience in leading the delivery of Telecom and IT based programs, Swift Recruit and BBW understand the challenges of recruiting the best employees on complex projects. Our reputation is founded upon our conviction to provide the right skills-set with the right people dynamic to ensure your team’s success.

Our principals are former IT delivery managers in the telecom sector and later consultants throughout North America combined with IT Staffing account managers specialized in providing top IT talent across industries for both the public and private sectors. We saw a niche market in the IT staffing area for a company that, rather than just “push resumes”, actually understood the business and could empathize with the delivery managers. We feel our real life experience in IT delivery gives us an edge on some of our larger competitors. We don't just push resumes, we place professionals.

Swift Recruit and BBW's key strengths are based upon our management team’s considerable IT experience, our broad network of industry experts and our extensive database of project proven consultants. Our company prides itself in its integrity, agility and ability to match the right resources to your unique requirement while maintaining very reasonable and cost-effective solutions, no matter the size of your establishment.

The Swift Recruit & BBW approach is a very personal one. We take pride in establishing and ensuring successful business relationships between clients and consultants to achieve your short and long-term goals.
