Build Work That People Talk About.
At Sundae Creative, we craft the brand narratives, campaigns, conversations, and experiences that shape culture.
We're a team of strategists, storytellers, publicists, influencer marketers, event producers, social thinkers, and creatives who believe the best ideas come from curious people who aren't afraid to challenge convention. We move fast, think big, and genuinely enjoy building great work together.
Sundae Creative is one of Canada's fastest-growing brand communications agencies, specializing in public relations, influencer marketing, social storytelling, events and experiential marketing. With offices in Montreal and Toronto, we partner with leading brands across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and consumer sectors to create work that earns attention and drives influence.
Our teams are built around expertise, not silos. Brand Communications, Influencer Marketing, Events & Experiential, and Social Media work together seamlessly to deliver integrated strategies that are culturally relevant, insight-driven, and designed to make an impact.
At Sundae Creative, we've built an agency that's ambitious, collaborative, and proudly independent. Being part of the Dulcedo Group gives us another layer of strength: shared expertise, more resources and opportunities that simply amplify what we already do best. It's the best of both worlds!
We're obsessed with raising the bar - for our clients, for our work, and for each other. We value curiosity over ego, initiative over titles, and people who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and build something exceptional.
At Sundae, we believe growth comes from experience, not just observation.

Compensation Philosophy
At Sundae Creative, we believe compensation should be transparent, competitive, and reflective of impact.
Every role is supported by clearly defined salary bands based on market benchmarks, internal equity, and the scope of the position. As your responsibilities grow and your impact expands, your compensation should grow alongside them.
We invest in our people through ongoing coaching, meaningful performance conversations, and clearly defined career paths because long-term growth shouldn't happen by accident.
