About Quanto
Quanto is the sales, marketing, and client lifecycle partner for accounting firms. We help firms build their personal and firm brand, find ideal clients, qualify them, and book calls. When a client signs, we help onboard them into QuickBooks and clean up the books to the firm's standards. We plug into QuickBooks, HubSpot, and accounting-specific practice management systems.
We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz speedrun, Sterling Road, and Google for Startups Accelerator, and based in downtown Toronto.
The role
We're hiring an Accountant Success Lead to own onboarding and growth for our book of accounting firms. You won't be cold calling. Your work starts when a firm says yes: you make onboarding succeed, keep firms getting value every week, and grow revenue inside the accounts you own, including closing warm expansion and handoff conversations once value is proven.
You'll work daily with frontier AI tools and help define how accountants use them. You'll teach firm owners and their teams to become AI native so they unlock capacity and grow, and you'll feed product and engineering what you see so we build the right things.
Our clients are accounting firms doing roughly $1M to $20M in revenue. You report directly to Anderson Petergeorge, Co-Founder and CEO.
What you'll do
- Run the first 30 to 60 days for every new firm: kickoff, activation, first wins, and habits that stick
- Own weekly touchpoints so firms always see the value
- Grow net revenue in your accounts across our products once trust is earned
- Teach firms AI-native workflows through onboarding sessions, office hours, and short playbooks
- Flag risk early and own the save plan to protect retention
- Bring front-line feedback to product and engineering
First 90 days, you're winning when
- New firms in your book are activated with a clear first win
- You have a weekly rhythm with every account
- You've shipped at least one education motion firms actually use
- You've caught risk early on at least one account and owned the save
- You've brought one product request from the front line that the team acted on
- You've led your first expansion conversation rooted in proven value
Who thrives here
- 0-3 years working and/or studying as an accountant, auditor, bookkeeper, or tax preparer at an accounting firm (you speak firm-floor language and earn trust fast)
- CPA-track juniors with strong client skills are welcome; SaaS customer success without accounting experience is considered
- You love being client-facing, teaching, and coaching
- You like ambiguity, take initiative, and care deeply about client experience
- Excited to live at the frontier of AI tools and explain them in plain language
- Comfortable with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
- CPA or CPA studies are a nice-to-have, not required
