Original job description

Company Description Earls Kitchen + Bar is a family-run restaurant group founded in the early 1980s by Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and Stanley Earl Fuller, and is now one of North America’s most successful independent restaurant brands. With about 7,000 employees across 69 locations from Vancouver to Miami, Earls offers team members the opportunity to work within a large, established organization that still values its family roots. The brand evolved from a laid-back burger and beer joint into a trend-setting, high-end restaurant group focused on innovation, quality ingredients, and memorable guest experiences. Each location is designed and operated with a unique, unchained approach, giving team members a sense of pride in representing a distinctive and evolving brand. Earls emphasizes strong values, continuous improvement, and a supportive environment for employees and partners.
