BIM Coordinator

We currently have an opportunity for a BIM Coordinator interested in making an impact on a diverse range of innovative projects across Canada.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Digital Practice Lead, working closely with the Digital Practice Team. When working on project work, the successful candidate will also report to the Project Lead, working closely with the Project Team.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
· Collaborating closely with Project Teams
· Contributing to large, complex projects
· BIM production and model development
· BIM support and model troubleshooting
· Completing model audits
· Reviewing model health checks with Project Teams
· Assisting with developing and implementing BIM standards
· Reviewing and updating BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
· Building Revit families, details, and assets as part of a larger content library
· Updating and managing dRofus on select healthcare projects
· Publishing, packaging, and sharing cloud models in Forma/ACC
· Attending and contributing to Digital Practice Bi-Weekly meetings
What we are looking for in a candidate:
· Minimum 2-5 years of professional architectural work experience
· Experience in Contract Documentation, BIM Production, and Model Coordination
· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Forma/ACC
· Experience with alternative 3D modelling software, Rhino/Sketchup an asset
· Experience in dRofus an asset
· Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
