Original job description

Company Description Axieo Technologies Inc. is a Canadian audit and security company based in Toronto, specializing in independent audits of AI-built applications and AI systems. The team provides Axieo Guard, a service offering security audits and monthly care plans for apps built with leading AI app builders and coding tools, starting with a free mini scan. Axieo also delivers AI System Audits for AI agents, chatbots, and RAG assistants, aligned with the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications 2025. Every audit is conducted with written authorization, uses read-only testing where possible, and results in a clear report with step-by-step remediation guidance. With over 20 years of engineering experience and contributions to open-source tools such as tokensaver and PlainChain, Axieo supports organizations in strengthening AI security without altering their existing code, data, or settings.

Role Description The Commission-Based Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON. This role focuses on generating qualified leads and driving sales for Axieo’s security audit services through targeted outreach, campaigns, and partnerships. The specialist will plan and execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media outreach, event and community engagement, and follow-up with prospects. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating Axieo’s value proposition, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and collaborating with the leadership and engineering teams to refine messaging and offers. The role is commission-based, and success is measured by pipeline growth, converted customers, and sustained relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, explain technical concepts clearly, and handle inquiries professionally.
Candidates should possess Sales skills and Training experience to convert leads, deliver product walk-throughs, and educate potential clients on Axieo’s services.
Candidates should possess Microsoft Excel skills to track leads, manage reports, and analyze campaign performance and commission metrics.
Relevant experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in technology, or AI-related services.
Ability to work independently, meet targets in a commission-based environment, and adapt to a fast-evolving AI and security landscape.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing) and CRM tools is beneficial.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not required if experience is demonstrable.
