Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (Bilingual English and French)
Location: Toronto, Ontario. In the office once a week and as needed
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 CAD per year

The Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with one of the most iconic chocolate and snacks companies in North America, the maker of some of the best loved chocolate, candy, and snack brands on the shelf, to find a bilingual Corporate Recruiter to support its Canadian business.
In this role, you will own full cycle recruitment for corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to bring great talent into the business. You will work from the Toronto office once a week and as needed, and recruit in both English and French.

What You Will Actually Do
- • Own full cycle recruitment for corporate function roles, such as finance, marketing, sales, HR, supply chain, and IT, from intake through offer
- • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, build clear hiring plans, and keep them updated every step of the way
- • Source and engage candidates in English and French through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network
- • Screen and assess candidates, presenting strong, well prepared shortlists
- • Manage offers and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to start date
- • Keep candidate records and reporting accurate and current in the ATS
- • Work from the Toronto office once a week and as needed to stay close to the business

What You Bring
- • MUST: Full professional fluency in English and French, written and spoken
- • MUST: Proven experience recruiting for corporate function roles
- • Full cycle recruitment experience, from intake through offer
- • Strong sourcing skills and experience using an ATS
- • Ability to work from the Toronto office once a week and as needed
- • Experience in consumer goods, food, or another large multinational environment is a plus
- • RPO or agency experience is a plus
