About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, understanding their needs, and turning conversations into sales.
You’ll represent our clients during face-to-face campaigns, explain their products and services, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with potential customers during client campaigns.
- Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and offers clearly and accurately.
- Answer questions and address concerns respectfully.
- Guide interested customers through the sales and sign-up process.
- Work towards individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Share customer feedback with the team to help improve campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A friendly, professional approach to meeting new people.
- Comfort initiating conversations, discussing products, and asking for a sale.
- Reliability, organisation, and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, respond to feedback, and contribute to team goals.
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
