What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted voice our clients rely on. You'll help customers protect what matters most while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients through phone, virtual, and in-person interactions
- Guide customers through their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Provide exceptional service by addressing questions, concerns, and policy inquiries efficiently
- Assist clients with billing, payments, policy changes, and general account servicing
- Identify opportunities to improve coverage and better protect clients and their families
- Apply sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills to create positive customer outcomes
- Manage multiple priorities confidently in a busy and dynamic environment

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional and personable communication skills
- Ability to work full-time in our Danforth office
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License (we'll support your licensing journey)
Total Compensation Range (Salary, Commission & Bonus): $50K-$65K

- Annual Bonus (subject to office qualification)
