Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in office
Our client is a global digital product engineering firm with 16+ years of work behind it, modernizing platforms and driving digital transformation for Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth brands. As its engagements grow in size and complexity, it is bringing in a senior delivery leader to run the largest of them.
You'll own large-scale programs that span project and product management, development, architecture, QA, DevOps and shared services, with onshore and offshore teams of 200 to 500 people, much of it delivered through Indian offshore development centres. You'll stand up and operate PMOs, lead offshore transitions, shape team structures and skill mix, and run steering committees with CIOs, CTOs and VPs of Engineering. Budget, resourcing and quality KPIs sit with you.
This suits a program leader with 15+ years in technology, at least 8 of them running complex engagements, who is as credible in a client boardroom as in an offshore delivery review. The firm will consider Senior, Staff or Director level candidates, and PMP or PgMP is a plus.

Responsibilities
Lead large-scale technology programs involving project and product management, development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and shared services across onshore and offshore teams of 200 to 500 people. Establish and operate PMOs, lead offshore transitions, shape team structures and skill mix, manage budgets, resourcing, and quality KPIs, and lead executive steering committees.
Requirements
Requires 15+ years of technology experience, including at least 8 years leading complex engagements. Candidates should be credible with senior client executives and offshore delivery teams; PMP or PgMP certification is a plus, and Senior, Staff, or Director-level candidates will be considered.
