Enterprise Account Development Representative
Oct 30, 2026 · quinn@quietcabins.ca / Monica@quietcabins.ca
About the role
Quiet Cabins is a growing Canadian supplier of soundproof office booths and meeting pods. We help companies give their people a quiet place to take a call, focus or meet, we deliver and install across the country, and we tell every customer exactly who builds their booth and where. No fine print, no surprises.
We're hiring our first Enterprise Account Development Representative. This is not a high-volume SDR seat. The role has two halves. First, you'll own a short list of 15–20 named target accounts, the large Canadian employers whose offices need booths, and build relationships with them months before they go to market. Second, you'll be the face of Quiet Cabins to our dealer network: visiting dealers in person, training their teams, keeping our booths top of mind and finding new dealers in markets we don't yet cover.
You'll report directly to the founder and work alongside a small, fast-moving sales team. Nobody here clocks in or out. You run your own week, work the way you work best, and you're measured on what you deliver, not the hours you sit at a desk.
What you'll do
Target accounts
- Build and maintain a list of 15–20 target accounts: large Canadian employers with office moves, renovations or return-to-office plans
- Map each account: who owns workplace, facilities and real estate, who handles procurement, and which design firm or broker is on the project
- Run personalized, multi-touch outreach by email, LinkedIn, phone and in person, paced for 6–12 month buying cycles
- Book discovery meetings, showroom visits and on-site pilot booth placements, qualify honestly (if a booth isn't the right answer for a space, say so), then hand real opportunities to the founder to close
- Build relationships with interior designers, workplace consultants and commercial real estate brokers, and get Quiet Cabins onto their specified-product lists
Dealer network
- Own the relationship with our furniture dealers and partners across Canada: regular visits, check-in calls and straight answers when they need pricing, specs or lead times, including the answers they'd rather not hear
- Train dealer sales teams on our products, run showroom demos and lunch-and-learns, and make sure they have current samples, spec sheets and pricing
- Recruit new dealers in cities and regions where we have no coverage, and onboard them
- Spot dealer conflicts early (two partners chasing the same project), raise them the day you see them, and work with the founder to resolve them fairly so partners trust us for years, not one deal
Across both
- Travel regularly: you'll spend a good part of each month on the road in the GTA, with trips across Ontario and to other Canadian cities & Provinces.
- Represent Quiet Cabins at industry events such as IIDEX, BOMA and CoreNet chapter meetings
- Bring back market intelligence: which competitors dealers are seeing, what customers are asking for, where pricing is landing
- Keep every account, dealer, contact and next step current in our CRM (Attio) and report on pipeline weekly, so anyone on the team can pick up a thread where you left it
Who we are looking for
You have
- 2–5 years in B2B sales or business development, with at least some of it selling to mid-size or enterprise organizations
- Experience in commercial furniture, workplace or office design, facilities services, commercial real estate or office technology (strongly preferred)
- Experience managing dealers, distributors or channel partners, or selling through them
- A track record of opening doors with senior buyers such as Directors of Workplace, Facilities or Real Estate
- Strong written outreach: you research first, personalize every message, and never promise what we can't deliver
- Comfort with long sales cycles and the discipline to make the ninth touch in month five, when nobody is checking
- Clean CRM habits and comfort with tools like Attio, HubSpot or Salesforce
- A valid driver's licence, a willingness to be on the road most weeks, and occasional overnight travel across Canada
Nice to have
- An existing network of designers, workplace consultants or brokers in Ontario
- French (for Quebec accounts)
You are patient, organized and credible in a room with senior people. You like being out of the office, networking and building partner relationships face to face. You think like an owner: you prioritize what grows the company, not just what closes this month, and you measure yourself on meetings booked, pilots placed and dealers activated, not on activity counts. You follow through on what you commit to, own your mistakes out loud, and share what you learn so the whole team gets better.
