Original job description

Junior Account Executive (Customer Service Crossover):

Hype Events is a face-to-face marketing and events company that helps brands grow through direct customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and personalised brand experiences. We focus on building strong client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and creating growth opportunities for both our clients and our team.

Feel like your current customer service role isn’t giving you enough? At Hype Events, you won’t be stuck waiting for a customer to walk in or call up. Our focus is on face-to-face client interaction, where you take control - building relationships, creating opportunities, and shaping your own success.

We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals who are ready to step out of basic customer service and into a client-facing role that blends service with sales. You’ll still use your natural communication skills and passion for people - but this time, you’ll be building relationships, driving growth, and building a career you control.

What you’ll do:

Engage with business clients face-to-face to understand their needs.
Provide excellent service while also introducing tailored telecom solutions.
Manage client accounts with professionalism and care.
Work towards clear targets in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Learn sales and account management skills that open doors far beyond customer service.

We’re looking for:

Strong communicators who enjoy working with people.
Candidates with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centres (perfect foundations for this role).
Ambitious, competitive individuals who want progression, not just a payslip.
No prior sales experience required - just the willingness to learn and grow.

What’s on offer:

Full training programme to give you sales and account management skills.
Competitive pay with uncapped performance bonuses.
Clear progression into leadership and account executive positions.
A lively, team-focused environment where your work is recognised and rewarded.

At Hype Events, we don’t just want you to serve customers - we want you to build relationships, grow accounts, and take charge of your own career path. If you’re ready to step up from “basic customer service” into something bigger, apply today!

Salary range: $41,000–$45,000 per year
