Job Overview:
Azazie is seeking a professional, and hardworking Event Sales Associate to support our retail pop-up events. This is a highly hands-on role that requires physical stamina, customer service skills, attention to detail and a team-first attitude. The position is ideal for someone who is personable, able to work in a fast paced sales environment and ready to step in wherever needed to help ensure each bride and/or bridesmaid has a great shopping experience with us.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver attentive, personalized assistance to customers in fitting rooms, ensuring a comfortable and elevated shopping experience.
- Help to maintain fitting room flow to create an efficient, seamless, and well-organized customer experience.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of dresses, gowns, and fitting room areas to uphold brand and operational standards.
- Provide warm, professional support to customers while addressing questions, needs, and styling assistance to help meet event sales goals.
- Support overall event operations by assisting with guest needs, event tear down and any cross-functional tasks to ensure successful event execution.
- Please Note: Once the event concludes, all associates are expected to assist with event breakdown.

Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to travel between multiple cities as part of pop-up event schedules.
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in moving, warehouse operations, or general labor is preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow direction from supervisors
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings as needed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physically demanding work, including repeatedly lifting items up to 75 pounds

Physical Requirements:
