Job Description
Frontline is EcoVadis’s go-to-market engine. As Frontline Strategy Business Partner, you are the strategic and operational counterpart to the regional leadership team. You turn the global vision into a regional plan, then make sure it gets executed, measured, and corrected in real time.
You own how the region plans, performs, and adapts. You work with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and HR. Your judgment shapes where the region invests, what it prioritizes, and what it stops doing. You are also the link between the field and the central Revenue Operations function: you translate what happens in the market into decisions on process, data, tools, and performance.
This is a fixed-term assignment covering a leave of absence.
What You Will Do
Shape the direction
- Co-own the regional strategy with the regional leadership team: market focus, segmentation, coverage model, and investment priorities, aligned to the global vision.
- Build the regional plan end to end (targets, forecasts, quota allocation, territories, capacity, and resourcing) and defend it with senior leaders and Excom.
- Advise leaders on trade-offs and make a clear recommendation, backed by data and your own read of the business.
Run the business
- Own the regional operating rhythm: annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and the weekly and monthly cadence in between.
- Steer Frontline performance through the pipeline, forecast, win rate, and sales cycle dashboards. Identify weak signals early, then propose and drive corrective action with Sales, Customer Success, and regional management.
- Own the regional forecast and the story behind it, including what drives it and what could change it.
Drive alignment and execution
- Align stakeholders across functions on priorities, resolve conflicts between them, and keep decisions moving.
- Turn plans into concrete actions, owners, and timelines, and follow through until they are delivered.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and distill complex issues into clear decisions.
- Be the regional reference for CRM data quality, entry rules, and the adoption of sales processes and tools by the field teams.
Represent the field, build for the long term
- Carry the voice of the field to central Revenue Operations. Report back on needed changes to the process and tool stack (Salesforce, Outreach, and others) and prioritize improvement projects by their impact on regional metrics.
- Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives, including the evolution of the Frontline operating model and the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
- Bring outside-in insight (market, competitors, customers) into regional and global planning.
How You Work
- You influence without hierarchical authority.
- You co-build decisions with regional Frontline leadership rather than hand them down.
How Success Is Measured
- Direct impact: forecast accuracy, data quality, and adoption of plans, processes, and tools.
- Indirect impact: win rate, conversion, and capacity load across Sales and Customer Success.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, consulting, business planning, sales leadership, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or comparable environment, with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of field sales organizations and go-to-market motions, ideally across new business, expansion, and retention.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. You build the model yourself and can explain what drives the numbers. Claude, Salesforce, Databricks and Tableau are highly beneficial.
- Structured problem-solving and sound judgment under ambiguity. You form a point of view, take a position, and hold it when challenged.
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Executive presence: you communicate with clarity and credibility, from new joiners to the C-suite.
- Passion for sustainability and for working in an international environment.
