One of our client is looking for an Incident Management Analyst who is fluently Bilingual both English & French.
Its a hybrid role 2 days onsite & can be based in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Windsor, Mississauga & Toronto
Please note - This is a bilingual role hence only candidates will full bilingual fluency apply to this role. candidate will be on call for 1-week once a month. Usual schedule will be 8-4 or 9-5.
Top Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience - intermediate level candidate
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Insurance experience or Insurance Domain knowledge
- Ticketing experience using either Ivanti or ServiceNow
- Dynatrace for monitoring tools
- Perfect communication - they will be sending out company wide communications
- ITIL experience - they dont need the certification but it would be an asset
- Incident and Problem management experience - including post incident reviews
