Junior Executive Assistant (Part-Time, Entry Level)
Citron Insurance | Toronto, ON | [Hybrid / In-person / Remote]
About Us
Citron Insurance is a life insurance brokerage helping individuals and families protect what matters most. We work directly with clients and with insurance companies to find the right coverage. We’re a small team, so you’ll work closely with the owner and see how the whole business runs.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, entry-level Junior Executive Assistant role for a smart, curious person who wants to learn how a small financial services business works by supporting the owner directly. No insurance experience is needed. You’ll start by supporting day-to-day administration and communications, and as you grow, you’ll take on more ownership of our social media, marketing, and bookkeeping.
We’re a small, fast-moving team, so no two weeks look the same. If you like variety, bring creative energy, and enjoy figuring things out as you go, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be mentored directly by the owner and will leave with practical skills in marketing, client communication, and business operations.
