We are seeking a Junior System Administrator to support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of web-based solutions hosted in AWS. The successful candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach, working with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver reliable service.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and related components.
- Support the deployment and operation of web solutions in AWS.
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
- Respond to service requests and provide timely, clear support to customers and stakeholders.
- Gather and clarify requirements, communicate progress, and explain technical information in an accessible way.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to resolve issues and improve solutions.
- Document technical changes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Follow established development, security, and service management practices.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based environments.
- Experience in web development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to handle service requests professionally.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities in a changing environment.
