Original job description

Licensed Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic (310S)

Woodbridge Toyota | $35–$43/hour

AI might write repair manuals. It still can't replace a great technician.

If you've earned your 310S licence (or you've been turning wrenches for years), you're already ahead of the robots.

At Woodbridge Toyota, we're looking for licensed technicians who take pride in doing the job right, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a long-term career with one of Ontario's largest automotive groups.

Whether you're newly licensed or have years of dealership experience, we'll give you the tools, training and steady workflow to help you earn more and keep growing.

What's in it for you?

$35–$40/hour, based on experience
Consistent work in a busy, high-volume service department
Fair distribution of repair and maintenance work
Company-provided specialty tools and diagnostic equipment
Ongoing Toyota technical training, including Hybrid and EV certification
Health, dental and vision benefits
Employee pricing and dealership-group perks
Career growth opportunities across 35+ dealerships within Zanchin Automotive Group
A supportive leadership team that wants to see you succeed

What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose, maintain and repair customer vehicles
Complete mechanical, electrical and electronic repairs
Perform inspections and scheduled maintenance
Accurately document findings and recommended repairs
Work closely with service advisors and shop leadership
Follow Toyota's quality and safety standards every step of the way

What We're Looking For

Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence
Newly licensed and experienced technicians are both encouraged to apply
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
Valid Ontario driver's licence
Pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
A positive attitude and willingness to keep learning as vehicle technology continues to evolve

Why Join Woodbrigde Toyota?

Non‑stop work - high volume means your hoist is never empty.
Top-tier pay plans with strong flat rate hours and bonus opportunities.
Factory training & certification support - we invest in your growth.
Modern, well‑equipped shop with the tools and tech you actually need.
A brand with loyal customers who trust us to keep their CDJR vehicles running right.
A leadership team that gets it - we respect your time, your craft, and your expertise.

Ready for your next chapter?

You worked hard to earn your licence. Now put it to work somewhere that values your skills, invests in your future and gives you the opportunity to build a career, not just punch a clock.

Apply today and join the team at Woodbridge Toyota.

We do not use artificial intelligence tools to screen or select applicants for this role. Applications are reviewed directly by the hiring team.
