Acura of Thornhill is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our vehicle lot and showroom organized, presentable, and running smoothly. You’ll support the movement, inspection, appearance, and organization of both new and pre-owned vehicles.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Keep showroom vehicles clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Rotate showroom and display vehicles as required.
- Inspect vehicles being prepared for delivery to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Check in new vehicles arriving by transport and document any damage on the Bill of Lading.
- Report vehicle damage or defects to the Sales Manager immediately.
- Organize the lot and ensure adequate customer parking is available.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom.
- Deliver or pick up documents from the License Bureau as required.
- Assist Reception and the Sales Department with errands and other duties as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous automotive experience is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
