We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support campaign development, strengthen brand messaging, and help deliver engaging marketing initiatives. The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside the marketing team to coordinate projects, support promotional activities, and help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Support the creation and scheduling of content for digital and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience interests, and competitor activity.
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, project updates, and marketing resources.
- Monitor campaign performance and help organise results for review.
- Work with colleagues across different departments to support business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, or communications.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail when preparing content and reviewing materials.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills.
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a team.
- Familiarity with social media, Microsoft Office, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
