Role Description The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON. In this role, the team member supports daily construction and site operations, follows project plans, and assists with tasks assigned by supervisors or project leads. Responsibilities may include helping with materials handling, coordinating with colleagues and contractors, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and reporting progress or issues in a timely manner. The Member is expected to follow company policies, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment. This role involves working closely with others, being punctual, and supporting the successful completion of projects on schedule.
