3C Contact Services Inc. is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team.
This is not a customer service role. This is a sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated by targets, performance, and results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making B2B sales calls on behalf of our clients, speaking with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments through strong, persuasive, and professional phone conversations.
We are only looking for candidates with proven sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience.
Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Make cold calls to B2B prospects, business owners, senior-level contacts, and decision-makers
- Generate interest, create urgency, handle objections, and move conversations toward a booked appointment
- Book qualified appointments that meet client-specific requirements and quality standards
- Follow provided scripts, call flows, and sales guidelines while still sounding natural, confident, and persuasive
- Maintain consistent daily calling activity and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Meet expectations related to dials, talk time, appointment bookings, appointment quality, and conversion rates
- Manage callbacks, follow-ups, and prospect activity to ensure no qualified opportunity is missed
- Prioritize prospects based on interest level, urgency, and appointment potential
- Keep accurate call records, notes, dispositions, and appointment details in the appropriate systems
- Communicate clearly with management regarding call outcomes, objections, lead quality, and opportunities
- Remain persistent, positive, and professional while handling rejection and resistance
- Accept coaching, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve call performance
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations
Qualifications
Experience, Competencies & Education:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience is required
- B2B sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is required
- Strong persuasive speaking skills and a confident professional phone presence
- Ability to speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers in a polished and credible way
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to redirect conversations toward a sales outcome
- Comfortable handling common objections such as “not interested,” “send me information,” “we already have someone,” or “call me back later”
- Ability to ask strong questions, uncover interest, build value, and create enough curiosity to secure the next step
- Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to meet targets
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay focused and productive through rejection
- Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and attendance
- Ability to follow direction, accept coaching, and improve performance
- Strong attention to detail when entering notes, tracking activity, and documenting call outcomes
- Basic computer skills, including CRM navigation, data entry, and call tracking software
This Role Is for Someone Who
- Enjoys the challenge of cold calling and starting conversations with new prospects
- Is motivated by targets, bonuses, and performance
- Does not get discouraged by rejection
- Knows how to create urgency and move a conversation forward
- Can follow a sales process while still sounding natural and confident
- Takes coaching seriously and applies feedback quickly
- Wants to build a long-term career in sales, not just have a job
- Takes pride in being one of the top performers on the team
- Brings energy, urgency, and professionalism to every call
This Role Is Not for Everyone.
This role requires high-volume calling, persistence, confidence, and the ability to hear “no” multiple times a day while continuing to perform.
If you are uncomfortable with cold calling, sales targets, rejection, call coaching, or being measured on performance, this will not be the right fit.
However, if you are confident on the phone, motivated by results, and serious about growing your sales career, this is an opportunity to join a company where performance is recognized, coached, and developed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time hours: 40 hours per week
- On-site parking
- Company events
- Ongoing sales coaching, call review, and performance development
- Training on objection handling, assumptive language, tone, confidence, and closing techniques
- Supportive team environment
- Overtime opportunities paid in accordance with ESA requirements
