About Elect Capital
Elect Capital is changing how SMEs access funding. We provide fast, flexible working capital loans, business loans, and merchant cash advances - no red tape, no slow decisions. Live across the UK, Australia, Canada, and the US, and scaling fast, we give SMEs the speed and flexibility traditional lenders can't.

🎯 Our Mission
We exist to give SMEs the capital and confidence to grow - fast, fair, and friction-free. Every ambitious business deserves a real shot at growth, not months of paperwork. We've built lending for speed, without cutting corners on fairness. When SMEs win, we win.

Support deal negotiations, drawing on commercial and sector knowledge to help close deals quickly and confidently
Feed into broker/partner strategy and targets, and contribute to performance reporting for senior leadership
Build and maintain a strong personal network of key broker relationships
Work cross-functionally with underwriting, sales and operations to keep deal flow efficient
Support and help shape processes for onboarding, education and ongoing engagement of brokers

🔍 What We're Looking For

Solid background in broker/introducer relationship management, ideally within SME lending, fintech or a related financial services environment
Good commercial judgment and the ability to make quick, confident calls on deals and negotiations
Comfortable handling escalations in a fast-moving team
A track record of building trusted relationships and spotting commercial opportunities
High ownership, low ego, fast execution

Our Offer

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 + bonus
25 days annual leave (PTO)
Luxury offices in downtown financial core - First Canadian Place
Barista onsite all day for all your coffee needs
Rooftop loft community space & outdoor space to decompress
