Ensure customer requirements are turned into practical, compelling solution concepts.
Challenge technical or commercial risk.
Prioritize opportunities and keep Sales informed on status, risks and next steps.
Improve tools, templates, processes and handovers across the business.

What You Bring

Leadership experience in pre-sales, applications engineering, technical sales or solution engineering.
Experience with capital equipment, automation, packaging, food processing or a related B2B industry.
Strong commercial judgement, technical curiosity and attention to detail.
Clear communication, confident decision-making and strong cross-functional leadership.
A practical coaching style and a drive for continuous improvement.
Degree-level education in a relevant field, or proven equivalent experience.

Why Join Us?

Join an established global manufacturer and supplier of class-leading equipment, where you can shape a critical commercial function, influence complex customer solutions and build a high-performing team.
