Mad Engine Global is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Canadian team!
If you have experience in apparel production, fashion retail, and working with major retail accounts, we'd love to hear from you!
✨ What You’ll Do:
👕 Coordinate apparel production from development through final delivery
📅 Manage production calendars, samples, approvals & timelines
🏭 Communicate with overseas factories and manufacturing partners
🧵 Track lab dips, trims, fabrics, artwork & pre-production samples
📦 Ensure products meet retailer requirements, quality standards & delivery deadlines
🤝 Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sales & Production teams
📊 Maintain production reports, order tracking & vendor communications
✅ We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of apparel production or production coordination experience
• Apparel industry experience – REQUIRED
• Retail industry experience – REQUIRED
• Experience supporting major retail accounts or fashion retailers strongly preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics & manufacturing processes
- Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
- Strong Excel, organizational & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
