Pay Range: $80 - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, construction managers, inspectors, utility operations personnel, and external agencies.
- Develop executive presentations, project reports, dashboards, schedules, forecasts, and process documentation.
- Track project performance metrics, budget forecasts, schedule performance, resource utilization, and risk mitigation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in utility-grade Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) fiber construction.
- Strong knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with fiber network design and engineering change management.
- Familiarity with utility transmission, distribution, and substation environments.
- Knowledge of GIS mapping systems and fiber testing practices.
