Compliance Analyst - 4
Location Address: 40 Temperance Street 15th Floor – onsite 4x/week
Contract Duration: 1 year
Possibility of extension and conversion to FTE
Number of Positions: 1
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years experience working on projects involving implementation of new processes that involve organizational change
- Excellent knowledge and working experience interpretating regulatory obligations, controls, and associated records (e.g., CIRO, OSC, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience in the records and information management field an asset
- Previous Scotiabank experience
Soft Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to prepare communications and interact effectively with GWM stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable facilitating working sessions with key stakeholders
Education: Undergraduate degree required
Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate will have strong asset management experience in compliance or audit.
