Company Description PartPassport streamlines the creation and verification of technical data books for castings and forgings, reducing the time suppliers spend compiling documentation and buyers spend reviewing it. Starting from the purchase order, the platform reads certificates and test reports, checks every value against company-defined limits from licensed standards, and assembles a customer-ready, bookmarked data book. Each value is traceable to its original document, page, and location, and every finding is reviewed and signed by a person, resulting in a verified report with QR-based checks. The tool focuses only on technical validation, never approving certificates on its own or handling commercial terms, and guides users when additional physical tests are needed. PartPassport has been tested with trusted foundries and is now in private beta, working with foundries, forges, machine shops, and their buyers.
Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers such as foundries, forges, machine shops, and buyers who manage data books, and presenting PartPassport’s value proposition through calls, meetings, demos, and events. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on beta program leads, prepare proposals, and support contract discussions in collaboration with leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating sales and training materials, maintaining CRM records, and gathering customer feedback to inform product and messaging improvements. The role also involves providing customer service support to early adopters, coordinating onboarding and training sessions, and representing PartPassport at industry networks and conferences.
